We handle contracts ranging from $5,000 – $250,000. We do commercial and residential work with a dollar limit up to $250,000 per contract. This makes us a good fit for those wanting to do remodel and upfit work.

Our owner-operated business is state licensed as a General Contractor. Please contact us for a detailed estimate on your project. We can do complete Tenant Upfits handling all aspects of the project or we can perform only the scope of work you need done.

We often perform for General Contractors the metal framing and drywall work, or specialty components. We do this for projects such as retail build outs in malls to stand alone stores, Office buildings, Assisted living facilities, smaller hospital renovation and Tenant Upfit work. Executive Cabinets Manufacturing Plant

Simpsonville, SC — We created a 2 hour storage room. 200 LF of 2 hour fire rated partitions 20′ tall. Project included a roll-up door, access doors, ramps. Installed specialty shaft walls using 1″ shaftliner, CH studs and 2 layers of 5/8″ drywall. We used special dust control equipment, deflection track and handled all the fire stopping for top of wall and penetration details.

Golden Strip School of Music

Greenville, SC — Upfit an existing office building. Created guitar and drum rooms with sound barrier material , rezilient furring & drywall , solid core doors , special door seals. Demolition of existing walls and ceilings, upgrade to electrical, installed new walls and ceilings.
